Lumière Property has exciting news! We are nearing the completion and marketing launch of two new-build houses in Morden. This was a disused commercial land site behind an existing residential street.
At Lumière Property we use our bespoke technology and property experience to identify sites just like this one and produce beautiful, cosy homes.
We are always searching for new sites and are always interested in talking to new potential clients.
Firstly we ask for your home address in order for us to do detailed research into your property and the surrounding area. We take great consideration of neighbours and even smaller details such as tree welfare. We will determine whether the property or piece of land is developable. If so we will make you a firm above-market offer, which we will stick to because we have done our research.
It’s important to us that we offer a generous package for our vendors. After all, we’re in this together. We take care of the estate agent fees, legal fees and planning fees. We pay up to 1% of the purchase price up front. During the planning stages, we’ll pay your legal fees and monthly advances of up to £1000 on the value of your home. Yours to keep, no matter what happens during the planning process.
