Last night we attended a Croydon Committee meeting which included one of our sites at Reddown Road, Coulsdon CR5. The Committee voted in favour of the scheme for 9 apartments in replacement of a small single detached house on a large plot.

The Location

The area’s popularity lies in its speedy commuter links to London, well-regarded schools, green spaces and a bustling community.  Our new development is due to get off the ground mid 2019 and we can’t wait to see it!
