Lumiére Property secured two neighbouring sites in a prime residential location in Forest Hill. We are progressing a planning application for 23 units of mixed accommodation which reflects the London Plan and has provision for Affordable Housing. The site is located within 10 minutes of Forest Hill Centre and railway station and 5 minutes from a primary school with an ‘outstanding’ rating.
The ‘marriage value’ of connecting these two sites will mean even more financial benefit for our vendors compared to selling their sites individually.
